 Seasoned Chef Tom Atkins is leading the new Project Management and Design Team here at Standard Restaurant Supply. With over 30 years in the hospitality industry — including roles as Executive Chef, General Manager, F&B Director, and most recently nine years as a hospitality designer and commercial kitchen equipment specialist — Tom brings unmatched expertise. His experience allows him to turn your ideas into fully realized, functional restaurant spaces.

Tom played an instrumental role in the development of Saltbrush, where he worked with me to design a kitchen entirely from scratch. Tom used the footprint of the space and my menu to create a functional, efficient, and high-performance kitchen.
